TERMS & CONDITIONS

RATES

  • Room rates are quoted in Euro (EUR) on a per suite/villa per night basis.
  • Rates are inclusive of 15% Government Tax.
  • Effective 01 October 2025, a mandatory Tourism Levy of EUR 3 per guest, per night (for guests aged 12 years) will apply. This levy is payable directly at the resort during your stay.
  • Rates, inclusions, and room occupancies are as stated in your confirmation and rates may be subject to change without notice.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

  • Check-in time is 2:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
  • An early check-in service allows you to enjoy the privacy and comfort of your Suite earlier than the 2:00 pm check-in time. Should you wish to avail yourself of a guaranteed early check-in, your Suite/Villa requires to be pre-booked 1 day prior to your arrival date.
  • Late check-out from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
  • Late check-out from 6:00 pm will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
  • In the event that a late Check-Out cannot be extended to the Suite/Villa in which the Guests are staying, the Property shall reserve the right to make alternative arrangements subject to room availability.
  • In the event of an early departure or no-show (i.e. the reservation is neither used nor cancelled), the total amount of the confirmed room nights for the entire stay shall be chargeable. Early departures or cancellations due to inclement weather are fully chargeable. 

ADDITIONAL GUESTS & CHILDREN SURCHARGES

       Subject to the maximum occupancy applicable by room, the following applies for additional guests sharing the Suite/Villa:

  • 1 infant or toddler (0-2.99 years) – complimentary on the same meal plan booked as the parent(s), including a cot if required (subject to availability).
  • 1 child (3-11.99 years) – complimentary year-round on the same meal plan booked as the parent(s). A compulsory supplement fee is applicable for the Christmas Gala Dinner and New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner.
  • Guest (12+ years) – not applicable.
  • No pets are allowed.

PAYMENT GUARANTEE POLICY

For all accommodations except the Imperial Beach Villa

For travel periods 07 January 2025 – 25 December 2025 and 7 January 2026 – 25 December 2026:

  • One-night pre-payment is required at the time of reservation to guarantee and confirm the booking.
  • Full payment to be settled on arrival at the resort.

For travel periods 26 December 2025 – 6 January 2026 and 26 December 2026 – 5 January 2027:

  • 50% pre-payment is required at the time of reservation to guarantee and confirm the booking.
  • Full payment to be settled 30 days prior to arrival.

 

For the Imperial Beach Villa

For stay periods 07 January 2025 – 25 December 2025 and 7 January 2026 – 25 December 2026:

  • 50% pre-payment is required at the time of reservation to guarantee and confirm the booking.
  • Full payment to be settled on arrival at the resort.

For stay periods 26 December 2025 – 6 January 2026 and 26 December 2026 – 5 January 2027:

  • 50% pre-payment is required at the time of reservation to guarantee and confirm the booking.
  • Full payment to be settled 60 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For all accommodations except the Imperial Beach Villa

For travel periods 07 January 2025 – 25 December 2025 and 7 January 2026 – 25 December 2026:

  • Free cancellation up to 7 days prior to arrival.
  • Cancellations made 6 days or less prior to arrival will be subject to a penalty charge equivalent to one-night payment.
  • No shows will be subject to a penalty charge of 100% of the total amount of the stay.

For travel periods 26 December 2025 – 6 January 2026 and 26 December 2026 – 5 January 2027:

  • Free cancellation up to 60 days prior to arrival.
  • Cancellations made 30-59 days prior to arrival will be subject to a penalty charge equivalent to 50% of the total amount of the stay.
  • Cancellations made 29 days or less prior to arrival, or no shows, will be subject to a penalty charge of 100% of the total amount of the stay.

 

For the Imperial Beach Villa

For stay periods 07 January 2025 – 25 December 2025 and 7 January 2026 – 25 December 2026:

  • Free cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival
  • Cancellations made 29 days or less prior to arrival will be subject to a penalty charge equivalent to 50% of the total amount of the stay.
  • No shows will be subject to a penalty charge of 100% of the total amount of the stay.

For travel periods 26 December 2025 – 6 January 2026 and 26 December 2026 – 5 January 2027:

  • Free cancellation up to 60 days prior to arrival
  • Cancellations made 59 days or less prior to arrival, or no shows, will be subject to a penalty charge of 100% of the total amount of the stay.
