Our thoughtfully crafted à la carte dinner menu promises culinary delight in the evening where the superb yellow fin tuna tartar coated with crusted pistachio, or the traditional Caesar salad with foie gras, chicken and quail egg, will set the tone for your exceptional dinner. Follow up with a perfectly-roasted Black Angus beef steak with Gorgonzola cheese sauce, an incredible herb-crusted lamb rack with reduction of Port wine chanterelle sauce, a succulent grilled lobster with beurre blanc, or a delicious baked vegetable lasagna topped with parmesan cheese, before concluding with a heavenly Pavlova custard cream with red berries, strawberry and lemon pie cheesecake, or our Chef’s amazing signature crème brûlée.
