Halloween Night at Le Jadis: A Frightfully Delicious Evening

Halloween Night in Mauritius

A night of spooky surprises, wickedly good food and Halloween entertainment awaits!

Halloween is creeping around the corner, and this year, something deliciously spooky is brewing at Le Jadis Beach Resort & Wellness. On Saturday, 31 October 2026, the five-star boutique resort on the northwest coast of Mauritius invites guests and local residents to an unforgettable Halloween celebration, complete with eerie decorations, themed cocktails, a lavish dinner buffet and festive entertainment.

Whether you are planning a Halloween night out with friends, a special family dinner or simply looking for something different to do in Mauritius this October, Halloween Night at Le Jadis promises an evening of great food, lively atmosphere and just the right amount of fright.

A Halloween celebration with a touch of luxury

Forget the ordinary Halloween party. At Le Jadis, Halloween takes on a distinctly indulgent character, bringing together the playful spirit of the occasion with the resort’s signature hospitality and exceptional dining.

For one night, Sylea Restaurant will embrace the Halloween spirit, with pumpkins, cobwebs, candlelit accents and atmospheric lighting transforming the dining venue into a delightfully spooky setting.

Guests are welcome to dress for the occasion, whether in their favourite Halloween costumes or smart casual attire. With themed music and entertainment adding to the atmosphere, the evening offers an opportunity to celebrate Halloween in a setting that is both festive and sophisticated.

Spooky cocktails and a wicked welcome

Every good Halloween celebration deserves a proper welcome, and this one begins with a selection of drinks inspired by the occasion.

Guests can look forward to Blood Orange Martinis, Pumpkin Spice Latte Shots and Halloween-themed cocktails, setting the mood for the evening ahead. Non-alcoholic options will also be available, ensuring everyone can join in the festivities.

From the first sip, expect a playful introduction to a night of culinary indulgence.

Mauritius Halloween Party

A Halloween dinner buffet worth dressing up for

The centrepiece of the evening is an abundant Halloween dinner buffet, bringing together international flavours, premium ingredients and a variety of freshly prepared dishes.

Begin with an inviting selection of cold appetisers and salads, including seared peppered tuna with wasabi mayonnaise, seafood cocktail with pineapple, crispy fish salad and creamy potato salad. A fresh salad bar offers a colourful assortment of vegetables, dressings and accompaniments.

Seafood lovers can enjoy traditional gravlax and honey mustard-glazed salmon, alongside a live grilling station featuring fish fillets, calamari steaks and succulent prawn skewers, complemented by a selection of sauces.

The hot buffet offers further temptations, from pan-seared parrotfish with fragrant garlic and tomato butter to grilled chicken teriyaki, Shanghai-style fried rice, crystal prawns with wasabi mayonnaise and a variety of delicious accompaniments.

For those who appreciate a hearty roast, the carving station presents slow-roasted boneless leg of lamb with rosemary and Wagyu beef rump, accompanied by grilled garden vegetables and rich, flavourful sauces.

A selection of fine cheeses, freshly baked breads and other accompaniments completes this generous dining experience.

Beware! The desserts are dangerously delicious

No Halloween feast would be complete without a few sweet surprises, and the dessert selection at Le Jadis is where things take a particularly wicked turn.

The resort’s culinary team has prepared a collection of Halloween-inspired creations that promise to be as entertaining as they are delicious.

Expect the dramatic Bloody Red Velvet Cake, the mysterious Pumpkin Coffin, Zombie Apple Crumble, Spider Web Tiramisu, Spooky Opera Cake and Creepy Chocolate Cake, alongside an assortment of Halloween tartlets and classic crème brûlée.

With playful names, creative presentations and irresistible flavours, these desserts are sure to be among the evening’s most memorable attractions.

And if there is one night of the year when an extra helping of dessert is entirely justified, surely Halloween must be it!

A Halloween night out for friends, couples and families

Halloween is no longer just about trick-or-treating. It has become an occasion for people of all ages to come together, dress up, share a meal and enjoy a little light-hearted mischief.

At Le Jadis, the celebration is designed to bring people together around good food and entertainment in a welcoming resort atmosphere.

For couples, it is an opportunity to enjoy an unusual date night. For friends, it is the perfect excuse to gather for an evening of dining and laughter. For families, it offers a festive dining experience with plenty of Halloween treats to discover.

Located in the scenic Turtle Bay area on the northwest coast of Mauritius, Le Jadis provides a distinctive setting for an evening away from the ordinary.
