Throughout the month of July, Executive Chef Nyoman Suardi presents a specially curated Balinese Culinary Discovery, celebrating the rich flavours, fragrant spices and traditional recipes of Indonesian cuisine.
Served from 19:00 each evening, the experience begins with a selection of authentic Balinese appetisers, followed by a comforting laksa, signature main courses and a traditional dessert selection. From grilled water prawns with sambal matah and Balinese chicken to coconut rice wrapped in banana leaf, each dish has been thoughtfully prepared to showcase the vibrant character of Balinese cuisine.
Guests preferring plant-based cuisine can also enjoy a dedicated vegetarian menu featuring authentic Balinese flavours and traditional ingredients.
